Online scheduling was quick - availability within a couple of days. Sean called to confirm and to ask if there were any concerns. The techs, Freddie and Kalae showed up on time and were very polite and professional. My unit needed a deep clean because it’s been over a year - I knew that before even scheduling - so no surprise there. They did an excellent job in about an hour and a half including cleaning both indoor and outdoor units.
